On June 3rd at SNEC, Hanersun entered into a strategic partnership agreement with CSPU New Energy Power. The two companies will collaborate on renewable energy project investment and development across the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai-Anhui region in China, achieving deep resource coordination in product supply and project operations to create a new hub for green energy development in the Yangtze River Delta.

Under the agreement, both parties will pursue comprehensive collaboration across commercial and industrial distributed solar, utility-scale solar installations, and integrated “solar-storage-charging” solutions. Together they will unlock regional market potential and advance high-quality project development. Hanersun will leverage its high-efficiency HITOUCH N series modules, HNESS energy storage products, and comprehensive energy solutions to provide reliable technical support. CSPU will deploy its resource integration, project development, and operational management capabilities. Their combined strength will create renewable projects that deliver both economic returns and environmental value.
The Yangtze River Delta is one of China’s most dynamic economic regions and is accelerating energy structure optimization and modern power system development. Commercial and industrial distributed solar, utility-scale installations, and integrated solar-storage projects are experiencing rapid growth. This strategic partnership embodies both companies’ commitment to capturing these opportunities and deepening resource coordination.
“The Yangtze River Delta is not only China’s economic powerhouse but also the region where renewable energy applications are most vibrant,” said Zhang Zhe, Vice President of Hanersun. “CSPU brings years of deep regional experience and solid resource foundations. We are excited to combine our respective strengths to develop a portfolio of high-quality renewable energy projects.”
“Hanersun demonstrates leading capabilities in high-efficiency modules, energy storage systems, and global project execution,” said Zhang Tiezheng, Vice President of CSPU. “This partnership represents more than resource complementarity—it reflects our shared commitment to green development. We look forward to close collaboration with Hanersun to deliver landmark projects throughout the Yangtze River Delta and beyond, contributing meaningfully to China’s dual carbon goals.”
This strategic partnership reinforces Hanersun’s sustained commitment to deepening its domestic market presence. Looking forward, Hanersun will continue collaborating with industry partners to advance integrated development across the renewable energy value chain, deploying increasingly efficient, reliable, and sustainable comprehensive energy solutions.
